The Project
This Jacks Point solar retrofit includes 7.4kW of panels, 10.24kW of batteries, and a 6kW Goodwe inverter. We worked to keep the finish sleek, with hidden cable runs and a tidy installation that respected the home’s architectural style. The result is a system that performs well, looks great, and helps the homeowners take greater control of their energy use. With the Goodwe app, they can also monitor how the system is performing at any time, giving them full visibility and confidence that everything is running as efficiently as possible.
The Challenge
This architectural home in Jacks Point needed a solar solution that complemented the design rather than competing with it. Because the property was subject to strict covenant requirements, every detail had to be carefully considered to ensure the installation remained discreet and visually in keeping with the home. At the same time, the homeowners were looking for a practical way to reduce the power bills that came with running a large home.
